Return Policies 

We want every customer to be happy with their unique, handcrafted purchase. Teresa Gail Designs will exchange or refund the cost of the item if you are not satisfied. Item must be returned in the original condition, unworn and suitable for resale. 

To receive a refund, you must contact Teresa Gail Designs two days after receipt of item. which must be returned to me within seven (7) days of receipt of purchase. Buyer responsible for shipping cost to return the item.

We use the USPS and items in stock usually ship within five business days. Made to order or custom items require additional time and we will discuss this with you when you place your order.

Teresa Gail Designs is not responsible for any lost or damaged items once they are in transit for delivery.
